What isn't commonly known is the photo responsiveness of the endocrine and ductless glandular systems to certain spectrums of solar frequency.
These frequencies are carried into the body by virtue of the optic nerve to the brain, spinal cord, and then disseminated throughout the body.
The "Blue" frequencies are conducive to the Kundalini and its expression in the person. This frequency is also vital for the expressions of some gifts of the K such as healing others or the self. Also clairaudience and other aspects of the visual phenomena can be aided.
So I suggest at least twenty minutes of non-direct, oblique sun exposure to the eyes. No sunglasses for this amount of time. This isn't "sun gazing" either as the gaze isn't directed at the sun but at the normal visual fields that the sunlight enters in oblique or peripheral angles.
