I do refer to it as the "Circulation of Light" but others may call it Macro Cosmic orbit and Micro Cosmic orbit. Yes this is a way of coordinating an infusion of Kundalini by use of intention and or following the inner guidance that Kundalini can allow.
This has to do with the visualized effort of bringing a "ball" of light up the inner and outer channels of the spine.
This ball is "spun" clockwise before its ascent up the spine and on the external areas of the body it traces a pathway from the tailbone or sphincter muscles (kegel muscles) up the back and following that course over the top of the head and down the nose inside the mouth tracing its way from soft pallet to the tongue to the middle of the lower lip down the neck and chest and navel bisecting the genitals and rejoining at the place of the beginning - the lower spine. This is the "Macro-Cosmic Orbit".
The "Micro-Cosmic Orbit" is for the interior of the spine itself and for the interior areas of the skull. Once again the ball of light is intentionally "spun" to the right. As this is done it is raised up through the interior of the spine. As it comes to the interior of the skull it is directed to "bounce" off the top of the inner forehead to the back of the inner skull and then to exit the skull by its deflection from the back of the skull down the spine back to its origination point - the base of the spine. It should form a triangle of bounce points inside the skull.
These two techniques can be used for "Kundalini Syndrome" as well. It can help to balance a flow that has been out of kilter and causing damage.
These techniques can be done simultaneously or separate. As one becomes accustomed to the practice the speed of the circulation should increase and become a continuous meditation. If you experience much phenomena with these practices and find that your life is becoming incomprehensible back off of this and give yourself some time without it.
Send a ball of energy with your intent from your pelvis or sphincter (by flexing), up your spine, over the top of your head, and down the face and front of your body to connect with the base of your spine then repeat over and over with increasing velocity.
AND
The difference between the Macro and the Micro is the location of the ball of light and the dynamic of the light.
For the Micro Cosmic Orbit one senses the inside of the spine and with the use of the kegels or the lower ring muscles and your intention bring the light up the spines interior, intend for the chitrini channel even though you don't consciously know where it is.
Send the light up the spine, spin it clockwise, and reflect it or bounce it off the interior of the forehead towards the back of the interior head and then down back down the spine, A triangle path, and do it all over again about 15 times to start. Spin the ball and keep it spinning to the right as it climbs the spine.
These are advanced techniques but safe at this point. All who read will not be harmed. Once again clear the emotional body daily. It is not a one-time shot but over and over as this will characterize and quicken your Kundalini. - blessings - chrism
As one becomes accustomed to the practice the speed of the circulation should increase and become a continuous meditation.
