returning soon
This is normal. With the Kundalini and its changes can come a sense of disconnection and sometimes a feeling of "not belonging" anywhere. Not the country, not the planet, nowhere.
As the Kundalini builds the interactive bridge into the divine reality, eventually the small self, the conscious self starts to have the realization of where and how the larger reality fits outside and inside of this very small one. And it can form a kind of separation as a survival mechanism. This can make one feel lonely and cut off from the normal social interactions.
One can realize that yes this is part of the Kundalini infusion and merely carry on as one does. It is a form of expansion that can lead one into disassociation. In a certain way one can realize that it is true "they belong nowhere" it is also true that "they belong everywhere" at the same time.
These are feelings and sensations that are most often transient yet it is good for them to be felt and expressed as they carry very important teachings as to how a person with the Kundalini awareness can mentally and emotionally continue to fit inside of the narrow physical five sense paradigm, and yet still have macro expressiveness occurring within.
So take it easy. Allow these thoughts and feelings to occur. There are ups and downs as the infusion reaches into every aspect of our emotions, our psychology's, our mental processes and our social inter-activities. It is a very deep and strong agenda and it does not happen overnight and often extends beyond a mere single human life. - blessings - chrism
