returning soon
This can be different for many as their ability to surrender to the process is governed, in many ways, by their life of job, family, school, and many of the mundane factors that we engage in as we also try to balance the worldly conditions into our Kundalini experience. This is why many Yogis go into the wilderness to come into this without the distractions of worldly existence.
As you are able to surrender consistently and without compromise you will discover that your process is changing you from the inside out and that certain priorities will not demand your attention as much as when you were not in a Kundalini process. Issues of fear and desire or competitiveness and position - many of the ego oriented areas will slowly and beautifully fall away into a knowingness of clarity, of purpose and reason.
The longer one takes because of worldly reasons to come into this surrendered balance will determine the length of time one experiences the prolonged effects of certain aspects of the Kundalini upon the body. Low energy, entities, fluctuation of sexual appetites, food changes, physical quiverings and spontaneous movements of the body and many of the other more pronounced symptoms. Kundalini will wait for you, where you are at inside the change. Until you take another step upon the path towards the agenda of its purpose. Then "up you go" upon another rung on the ladder. Into new understandings.
Do your best, within your means, to surrender to Kundalini. Take it and the practice into your job space and living space. Bring it and its awareness into your family space. If you are tired of certain phenomena then raise yourself above it. Take that next step up. Here in the west we need to move slower than those in India and other places where the life and living is done at different speeds and with more acceptability of Kundalini among our fellow citizens. Here we move in silence if needed to continue as needed. Depending upon your personal situation. - blessings - chrism
