Living in the West can have its impediments to Kundalini nourishment. So much temptation and so much to purchase. A commercial paradise for those who wish to spend.
It can be difficult to lead an austere life which is what the Kundalini will sometimes ask of a person. But austerity comes in many forms.
Medically speaking.....
I am usually understood as a person who doesn't partake of modern medicine. I must say that for the symptoms of the Kundalini this is absolutely true. But for other illnesses, if you can afford an MD to set your broken arm then I strongly urge you to see one! Or take treatment for an illness. An illness that isn't K related.
This is for the individual to discern.
So please do your best to live in moderation. Follow the conditions that your Kundalini lays out for you. Discipline yourself from responding from an impulsive spend and buy collect and save mentality. This merely builds walls of materialism that can close in upon you.
If you need an MD go see one. A kind MD has helped me recently and what a blessing they are! But for Kundalini symptoms just remember that chemically covering a range of symptoms isn't always the best answer. - my take - chrism
