Go into the wilderness alone. Be there alone and be natural as you are there. Become the "Primal" person that is inside of you. Allow this expression to be given the outlet of definition. Scream or interact with nature as this person feels is natural. Put aside ALL trappings of society. Do this repeatedly and feel the freedom that comes into the experience. Surrender to this aspect of your self(ves).
This has aspects of danger. This danger is necessary for the reality of the exercise to be real for you. So don't let it scare you away. Do not allow yourself to be seen by others. Honor the animal self that you are. Honor his/her abilities. Take in the scents and look at the impressions on the forest floor. Wash and engage the streams and the plants. Stalk yourself(ves) and expose yourself to the natural environment. Be careful and be discerning. Take it slow and in stages. - chrism
I do not post this to illicit humor or jokes. This is a taboo subject and yet it can be an important tool of reconnection with the wild and primal aspects of our nature.
I do not suggest it for everyone.
When (i) was in the beginning process of surrendering to the (I) it was discovered that going into wilderness areas disrobed allowed a clearer connection to the animal nature that was being sought. I was careful to never be seen and to be in an area that wouldn't attract many visitors. This was done a number of times. Always alone and always in response to the need and urge of reconnection to the natural environment with in and with out.
Sometimes clothing can be a barrier of artificiality and separation from the aspects of a natural inner and external surrender. I can honestly recommend this.
I do not suppose I need to warn of the dangers and the insult should society become aware of the activity by you so be advised and if you cannot do this in private and unseen or in a safe and secure manner do not do it. If you can though....blessings - chrism
