You must do the work

No one is waving magic wands here. You must make the commitment. You must do the work. I can help but only that. If you rely on me "I promise to let you down" unless you are willing and demonstrably showing a willingness to do the work yourself.

These are personal platforms. They are custom to you and you alone as you are unique and expressive of qualities that only you have in combinations that only you possess. So your platform for Kundalini expression will reflect this. Sure there are some shared phenomena. We are all humans and we all have the potential for Kundalini expression. Some aspects of that expression will be repeated by many but the core of the personal experience inside of the phenomena will be yours and yours alone.

The path illuminated here is one of personal diligence. You have to want it and be willing to earn it.

Some of you have had to do virtually nothing for the K to begin inside of you and this is difficult as you have it flowing without the need to practice many of the balancing techniques given here. Didn't need them to start it so why would you need them to continue it?

You need them because having is very different from wanting. Having without wanting can bring in patterns of laziness that can become a trap when the going gets to be more intense that the mental mind can handle. Often the next stop is the psyche ward. I hear the food is good though - lol.

You need balance because in our society there is so much that is out of balance that if one clings to these unbalanced forms the Kundalini can take that and slam a person into a wall of hurt so fast and so furious and so unrelenting as to make you frozen in fear of what to do next if anything.

So no matter how you have come into this expression of Kundalini the fact that you are here on this site or in the KAS-1 group can be an indicator of what your Kundalini or High Self or Spirit guide or whoever is trying to help you to understand and implement. No accident you are here. - blessings - chrism
