I want you to know, that I love only you.
The you on the inside, is what I mean, not your clothes or your shoes.
I think they’re cute, but I'm not interested in them, this is the truth.
Today, I'm going to tell you over and over, that I love you.
It doesn't matter what music you listen to.
You don't need to change your tune, in order to fit in with me.
I see through to the inside. Your heart not closed, it's open...and free.
This makes me glad, for I like what I see.
A cheerful heart, gladdens the lives around you.
Even when you don't intend to show it, you stand out in the crowd.
Your joy is contagious, so go ahead, and spread it around.
It doesn't matter whether you're in sync with the latest style.
What makes me happy, is the love you share, through your smile.
What matters, is what's inside your heart, and what you show.
I see that you're good, and you mean well.
I just want you to know.
