Review your experience of life in this body. Allow the experiences that come to mind inside of the context of the specific area you wish cleared to emerge. Do this as many times as is needed. i.e. a rape, or a broken heart, or a hatred, or a mental imbalance that you know you have but haven't corrected, or a pattern of thought that you wish changed. Or a specific feeling or a physical injury or the infliction of these concepts upon another person or a child. Or an injustice you haven’t forgiven. Take the time to go through them all or as many as surface for you.
Make a list of them on a piece of paper and add to it other issues that are remembered or experienced as they come to you.
Then consciously remove or individuate each and every one. Separate them into individual units of energy or individual expressions and replace them with a new and balanced concept such as:
"I have learned this lesson and now I can move on."
or
"I am healed."
or
"I am finished with this particular lesson."
Make sure that you are indeed healed and feel this way about the particular energetic unit of experience. Make sure you are indeed healed and finished and that you have learned the lesson. Do not use this as a way of side stepping the issues. Be authentic with yourself.
Do this for each one and you may actually feel the weight lifting from the mind or body or heart or ego.
Do this for every chakra. Follow the guidelines for what each chakra is an expression of. Go here for some guidance in that area:

We often will harbor guilt from actions we have taken against others. Sometimes with justification and sometimes without. This guilt can chew away at our wellbeing and infect many areas of the five expressions.
And it often stays with us for years and years. This is important to release as its continued expression will do nothing except serve as a constant painful reminder that we do not want to ever take that action again. Sometimes we must repeat actions that are hurtful towards others as in a Police officer or soldier. But we can be assured that there are measures that can be taken that can aid one in releasing these issues.
So we must release this guilt and one way to do this is by going back to the person impugned (if possible) and making amends. Really taking it to the ultimate level and apologizing to that persons face if possible will go a long ways in giving you release. So does making any reparations if any are required. They may not accept it and that doesn't really matter. That becomes the concern for them. Something they get to work on.
You have given the balance and repaired what damage you may have incurred. Now you move forward. This isn't always an option though. In that case you merely understand what has occurred and then you can "live" your corrected behavior. No more do you ever make that same mistake and this becomes a private and personal law for you.
You live this balance every day. And you live it with the full knowledge that there may be a karmic price you may need to pay at another time. You will not be able to discern this until after you pass, so realize this and move forward into the considerations towards others that are espoused here in this group. This will also go a long way towards releasement.
Always remember to forgive yourself. Doesn't mean you repeat the offense, more that you recognize the wrong that was done and have made corrective actions and now you are moving on into your life expression without ever needing to repeat that lesson. - some thoughts - chrism
