Often as soon as the body physical is receiving Kundalini phenomena so too is the body emotional receiving Kundalini phenomena. We are not so used to this. We are used to a more linear approach. I get happy because of this or sad because of that for example.
It is best to begin to take out of the equation as many of the emotional blockages or potential blockages well before the Kundalini is raised. Takes much pain out of the awakening and allows for a dynamic that is based on conscious resolution and joyful surrender.
So please go into the safety protocols and really bring them into a daily practice of release and empowerment. Let these tools bring you into a forward position of strength through intentional experience rather than accidental experience or unconscious experience.
See this as another platform for learning how to use the will in a way that brings about the changes in the dynamic of your life expression in such a way as to provide fertile ground for the growth and the expression and the fruit of that expression from your Kundalini.
