If you find that the Five Tibetans are not a physical possibility then please consider the following.
I will preface this with the idea and very strong suggestion that your body needs to be moved in some way. If you are completely paralyzed from the neck or head down then have someone move your body in specific ways that will almost mimic the some of the balanced movements of the five Tibetans.
For example the second Tibetan involves laying on your back and bringing the knees and legs up towards the head
Do not feel as if you need to have the legs straight like the example of the perfect physique like the picture. What IS important is that you strive "towards" the position shown so even if you can only bring your legs two inches well then bring them the two inches and work towards three. Bend your knees if needed. But do them daily as much as you can do them safely.
Please develop the drive and the staying power to move incrementally into more and more movement. If you cannot do this on your own then have another person get you into the position of moving the legs up and into a "similar" position as you can see in the example. Strive towards it and make the effort. This is Key.
Not all of the Tibetans lend themselves towards this kind of assistance but you can make as much of a modification as your condition allows. It isn't unknown that you are attempting this. As we walk and ponder this Kundalini path we are observed and help if it is appropriate will be given.
Please notice the dynamic of the Tibetans. Notice how they initiate a release and then pull that micro release upwards in a balanced format. By "balance" I mean not choosing one side over the other but both sides are exercised at the same time.
This is what we are doing when pull the micro release of Kundalini by the position to a certain part of the body and then we pull to the next part and so forth. If you are having motor nerve issues then pull to the area that you need to acquire more movement from. Train the new nervous system to respond to your practice.
I do not want anyone to develop a form of neuropathy that would be caused by releasing too much too soon without the ability to move. This would not be conducive to your further explorations and may cause you to stop. Kundalini wants to move and it will move whether you can or cannot. One thing I can say is this: If you are paralyzed and then when Kundalini comes you can move one of two things has just occurred. The first being that the Kundalini has healed you. The second being that the injury isn't to the physical system but to the mental or emotional systems.
Chakra breathing as a replacement for the Kundalini can be done. Do this with the finger lock and then move the body a little or a lot. But move it and disseminate that energy first before you go into the next movement. Go slow and be patient with yourself.
Breathe into the second chakra but then change the finger lock to the thumbs and middle finger tips. Do this and then once again move the body
Breathe into the third chakra and change your finger lock to thumb tips and ring finger tips and then move the body.
Breathe into the fourth and use the thumb tips and little finger tips and then move the body remembering the balanced movements that are required.
Breathe into the fifth chakra and use the finger lock of all fingertips being in contact with as much of the thumb tips as is possible. Like a crown of fingertips over the thumb tips. And move the body.
Please remember the threat of neuropathy if you do not give the body enough movement and you catch on a blockage. It can hurt. So please be advised that you must move or have your body moved for this to be a safe operation blessings - chrism
